Talk by Prof. Dr. Cem Guneri

Two codes (C,D) of length n over F_q are said to be linear complementary pair (LCP) of codes if they intersect trivially and their direct sum gives the full space F_q^n. This type of codes provide nice problems from coding theory point of view. Moreover, the subject has drawn attention lately due to applications in cryptography. This talk's purpose is to introduce LCP of codes and provide the main results in the area. We will also present some results from a recent joint work with Carlet, Ozkaya, Ozbudak and Solé.
