Software
Developing and disseminate software is an integer part of applied statistics. Unfortunately, often the immense work spend in these task is hardly recognized. This page should highlight the group's amount and diversity of work in software development.
R packages
Current and past group members have been involved in developing and contributing to many useful and relevant R packages.
- Spatial statistics, large datasets: spam, spam64, dotCall64, gapfill and fields
- Additive Bayesian Networks, variable ranking and selection: abn and varrank
- Bayesian hierarchical models for faecal egg count data: eggCounts
A complete list is given here.
Shiny Apps
In many use cases, an end user does not want to run specific R packages to evaluate their data and simple web interfaces are sufficient for input. A list of show cases is given here.
LaTeX Resources
The group works in a LaTeX environment and over the past we have collected valuable resources or even written own style files. A glimpse of our contribution can be seen here.
