Superregular Hankel Matrices Over Finite Fields: An Upper Bound of the Matrix Size and a Construction Algorithm

In this talk, we are going to study superregular Hankel matrices over finite fields which are important in coding theory. First, we are going to analyze the upper bound of the matrix size. In a second step, an algorithm for the construction of the matrix is going to be presented.
