My R package eggCounts and its Shiny app implement Bayesian hierarchical models in Stan, for detecting treatment resistance of parasites in livestock animals.


My R package variosig checks for spatial dependence from empirical variograms using permutation test.


My Shiny app rPackageStats provides an interactive visualization of R packages' usage around the world. Code hosted at my GitHub page.
