Lecture notes -- final version (Dec. 18th).
(only a few typos corrected since the previous version of Dec 11th.)
Rules for the exam: you are allowed to bring your own notes from the lecture and the exercise session. No copies of book, printed version of the script or of Raúl's corrections of the exercises (only printed documents allowed are the exercise sheet or your own typed notes; show them to me at the beginning in this case).
No page limit but you're advised to make a summary of the main results on the lecture (to be able to find quickly the relevant result). I don't expect you to know every single line of the script, but to be able to solve exercises (see mock exam).
