Slices of hermitian K-theory and Milnor's conjecture on quadratic forms

We compute the slices of hermitian K-theory in the sense of motivic topology. As a consequence, we deduce that the slice spectral sequence for Witt-theory collapses at its second page. Milnor's conjecture on quadratic forms follows from this fact by inspection of the permanent classes in the spectral sequence.
