Hermitian K-theory for regular schemes on which 2 is invertible is known to be representable by a motivic spectrum which we call KQ. In the talk we will show that KQ admits a model as a strictly commutative and associative motivic symmetric spectrum. The E_oo-structure is unique if the square root of -1 is in the base. If time permits we will describe a possible new construction of hermitian K-theory for infinity categories with duality.
