The locus of intermediate Jabobians of cubic threefolds

We study the (closure of the) locus of intermediate Jacobians of cubic threefolds in the perfect cone compactification of the moduli space of principally polarized abelian fivefolds for which we compute its class. We also discuss possible generalizations of this locus in higher dimensions. This is joint work with S. Grushevsky.
