Registration is free but mandatory.

A limited amount of funds is available to cover lodging expenses for registered participants. Priority will be given to early-stage researchers. In order to apply for financial support, participants are kindly asked to send an e-mail to the organizers attaching a copy of their CV. The application deadline is 15 March 2017. Late applications may be considered within the limit of the available funds.

Participants are welcome to propose a poster to be presented in the poster session of the workshop. Participants who are applying for financial support and want to propose a poster are kindly asked to specify it in the application.
